- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or modification.
- Customized products, personalized items, or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email (master@mingqin.store) within the 30-day return period, providing your order number, product photos (including the original packaging and any defects), and a brief description of the reason for return.
- Our customer service will review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
- You must ship the product back to the address provided by us within 7 business days after receiving the RA number. Please attach the RA number on the outer packaging to avoid processing delays.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost (the cost we charged you for delivering the product to you) is non-refundable, and we will not bear the return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective product).
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (usually within 3-5 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse), we will confirm if it meets the return eligibility.
